Boochy Shuleni is self-hosted: one installation per school, with no multi-tenancy. There is no shared database and no tenant column - every row in the system belongs to your school alone, on a server Boochy Tech provisions and controls for you.
- Nightly encrypted backups to off-site storage, with a documented, tested restore process.
- Role-based permissions, down to what each user can see and do.

Is this shared between schools?
No - one installation per school. There is no multi-tenancy; your data lives on its own server, never shared with another school.
What happens if the setup fee falls behind?
The licence moves through active, then a 1-4 day grace period, a 5-14 day read-only period, then locked from day 15. Reads and fee receipting are never blocked, even when locked.
How much does it cost?
